How long will it take to see results?

You'll likely have to wait a minimum of four to six weeks, or longer, to notice any visible skin improvements. "Make sure you are the type of person who will be consistent with using it because it won't do any good otherwise," adds Dr. Kim.

Who can use an LED face mask?

While the treatment is non-invasive and suitable for all skin types, it’s worth seeking medical advice if you have a known skin condition, such as eczema or psoriasis, and is not suitable to use if you're pregnant.

It’s also worth noting that you should avoid these masks if you have underlying eye conditions or are taking medications that make skin more sensitive to light, such as antibiotics like doxycycline, as they can potentially cause eye injuries.

Will photorejuvenation make the skin thinner?

Will not. Photorejuvenation can activate fibroblasts in the skin, increase the synthesis of collagen fibers, elastic fibers, and hyaluronic acid. What is the recommended timetable for the LED facial care series?

According to your age and skin condition, we recommend that you receive a series of treatments every week, one time a day for 15-20mins each time, followed by regular monthly maintenance. In order to achieve better cosmetic and skin care effects, it is recommended that you maintain continuity and consistency, lasting for several weeks to see significant results.

Is the mask suitable for use on beards in addition to facial skin? And in what type of light is it best used?

Our mask is mainly used for facial skin care. If customers want to use it on their beards, we recommend using the red light mode (red light + near-infrared light). Near-infrared light has a certain auxiliary effect on hair growth!

Will the remote control heat up during use?

The mask generates around 10W of power during use, so it is normal for the controller to heat up. The shell temperature reaches around 45°C, which will not cause burns to the skin or pose any safety risks like melting glue.

Will light leak through the eyes when using the helllo face mask?

When you first put it on, there may be some light leakage from the outside, but it won't be glaring when actually wearing it. The light passing through can fully care for the eyes. In addition, you can gently press the nose area of the mask to make it fit better on the skin, which effectively prevents light leakage.

If you're using the Hello Face mask while applying a face mask, how do you clean it?

To keep the product clean, we recommend removing makeup and ensuring your skin is clean before use. Our product features a double-layer waterproof light board and waterproof light bead design. If you need to wear the mask while applying a face mask, that's also supported. After use, we suggest cleaning it by wiping with a wet cloth.

If the green light is on, does it mean the battery is fully charged?

If the green light is flashing, it means it's charging, and if the green light no flash, it means it's fully charged. If the red light is flashing, it means the controller needs to be charged.

Can I use the LED light mask if I have dark skin?

We do not recommend using the LED light mask if you have dark skin. LED light therapy works by targeting melanin in the skin, and darker skin tones have more melanin which can absorb the light and potentially cause adverse effects. It is always best to consult with a dermatologist before using any skincare device to ensure it is safe and suitable for your skin type.

Why isn't my controller charging?

Firstly, please check whether you are using the correct data cable. We have sent two data cables. The long one is used for connecting to the Mask Device when it's in operation, while the short one is used for connecting to the power source for charging.
